Rule change Proposals

At the meeting held March 11 the following rules changes were discussed.

1. Addition of the wingback counter to the 5th grade "Playbook"
2. Addition of the halfback pass to the 6th grade "Playbook"
3. Allow 6th grade one "exotic" play per game.
4. Requiring formations at all levels to be balanced.
5. Allow High School age sidline coaches.
